Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs) have attracted considerable attention in recent years. This kind of network works with communication environments subject to delays and disruptions. A DTN has some representative properties such as high and variable latency, low data rate, frequent disconnection, and high error rate. In this speech, some research issues and results about data routing and buffer management are discussed and presented.
